Rock 'n' roll brings the headliners to South by Southwest, but the tech sector brings the registrants. The annual industry gathering, spring break party and brand bonanza is already underway in Austin, Texas, but it isn't until Tuesday that the one-time business-focused event will turn its attention toward the music community.
